Rebars

Basalt Bars have good electrical insulation that allows them to protect the normal operation of sensitive electronic communication equipment, uninterruptedly and with high accuracy. They prevent possible damage to individuals and fires caused by short circuits in buildings and accidents due to current leakage in the circuit.

The non-magnetic and non-conductive characteristics of Basalt Bars make it a perfect reinforcement material for seismic geomagnetic room in seismographic stations. They are also widely used in other areas such as rooms equipped for magnetic resonance imaging for healthcare, airports, military facilities, communications buildings, radar anti-interference buildings, telecommunication transmission towers, TV and radio stations, observation stations, non-conductive terminals and non-magnetic buildings.

Thanks to its natural corrosion resistance characteristics, highly superior to fiberglass, iron, copper, or other metals, basalt bars are widely used as reinforcement in constructions near the sea and waterways such as bridges, harbor docks, and within piles anchored to the seabed to support oil platforms and other structures suspended above sea level.

Due to of its chemical inertness, basalt reinforcement is compatible with concretes having different PH levels and does not exhibit any residual deformation when flexed.
