Fiber mattress

It is a mattress composed of basalt fibers bonded together by UP powder or an emulsion binder, which is applied for manual lamination, filament winding, compression molding, machine molding process, etc.

The excellent dispersion of strands and exceptional adhesion on both sides, optimum wetting, high resistance to abrasion and corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties and excellent transparency behavior of the laminate, make it widely used in translucent panels, boat hulls, systems and parts of automobile and train interiors.
